· As it adopts a safe red color LED as a light source, hence no unnecessary safety measures are required.
· There is no requirement of the protective cover for the laser light, or the FDA standard that is necessary for usage in USA.
· One touch connector connects the sensor head to the controller.

· Current consumption of the sensor head and the controller is less than 70mA.
· We realized low power consumption comparable to photoelectric sensor.

· Since emitter and receiver have similar form, troublesome optical axis adjustment is unnecessary.
· Further, as the sensing width and distance can cover a 30 mm wide area, it can accommodate wafers of various sizes.
