Even with safe LED lights, high performance similar to laser sensor is realized. High resolution 30 μm.

· As it adopts a safe red color LED as a light source, hence no unnecessary safety measures are required.
· There is no requirement of the protective cover for the laser light, or the FDA standard that is necessary for usage in USA.
· One touch connector connects the sensor head to the controller.
· Requirement of minimum wiring workload, and maintenance.
· Current consumption of the sensor head and the controller is less than 70mA.
· We realized low power consumption comparable to photoelectric sensor.
· As the performance of the red LED light source is comparable to that of the laser sensor. Highly precise detection is possible.
· Since emitter and receiver have similar form, troublesome optical axis adjustment is unnecessary.
· Further, as the sensing width and distance can cover a 30 mm wide area, it can accommodate wafers of various sizes.
· In addition to the span adjustment function, the analog output (1 to 5 V) has a convenient shift adjustment function that can shift the analog voltage within ±0.5 V range
