SCM415 made, carburized and quenched tooth part, precision JISB1704 grade 3 spiral miter. A high reduction ratio of 1/15 to 1/200 on the linear axis can be achieved in one step. Since parts other than the teeth are subjected to a carburizing treatment, additional work such as bore hole and shaft part machining can be carried out.
