· Fully conical nozzle that ensures a uniform flow rate distribution with a circular spray pattern.
· A completely new concept of a conical nozzle that atomizes the liquid by collision inflow without using a swirler (whirler).
· Without a built-in whirler, there is only 1 hole for inflow and outflow, and the diameter of the contaminant is extremely large.
· Atomize at right angles towards the direction of the inflow.
· Provides polyphenylene sulfide resin (PPS) injection molded products with excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance for atomizing chemicals such as hydrochloric acid.
[Applications]
· Washing: Pre-treatment paint, booth washing, parts, gas, incineration smoke, etc.
· Cooling: Steel plate, steel slab, gas, etc.
· Sprinkling: Aeration, defoaming, etc.
· Others: When using circulating water or when there is a possibility of clogging nozzles.
