Product Description

Product requires no time and effort for low, moderate, and moderate to high speed driving, non-backlash, with no lubrication or maintenance. Ideal for cases when there is a difference between drive shaft diameter and driven shaft diameter.

[Features]
· No need for lubrication as no friction or rotating parts.
· Maintenance free under normal usage conditions, checking only for loose nuts and bolts.
· Non-backlash: There is no backlash with high torsional rigidity, so there is no uneven rotation and accurate phase control can be achieved.
· Large torque transmission: With optimal design, compact with large torque transmission.
· Easy installation and removal DCP. Since the disc element, the bush, and the washer are packed together, the coupling can be coupled and detached extremely easily.
· High allowable speed: High precision bush inserted between the element and bolt, so can be used at extremely high rotation compared with other couplings.
· Large allowable misalignment: The misalignment angle allowance amount is as large as 0.5 to 1°, and the allowable parallel eccentricity can be increased depending on the length of the spacer.
· Small thrust load: The thrust load generated from the coupling is small, and the burden on the drive shaft, and the driven shaft and bearing is extremely small.
