It achieves high-speed rotation and low torque in combination with super-precision lapping within 2 light clamps of the seal surface. In addition, by adopting a floating seal ring with a rotation stopper keyway, conformability of the floating ring at high-speed rotation is achieved, and long-term stability of the seal is also realized.
