RXE1000 (simplex, thread connection type) is a rotary joint for steadily supplying a medium to rotating equipment.
[Features]
· The Pearl rotary joint RX series has excellent durability, demonstrates extremely high performance and is available in 2 types to meet usage conditions, RXE and RXH.
· This joint is incorporated with fine ceramics and carefully selected carbon seal rings as sealing material. It achieves high-speed rotation and low torque in combination with super-precision lapping within 2 light clamps of the seal surface. In addition, by adopting a floating seal ring with a rotation stopper keyway, conformability of the floating ring at high-speed rotation is achieved, and long-term stability of the seal is also realized.
· Revolutionary rotary joint with excellent durability that uses stainless steel for the rotor and copper alloy for the casing as the main material for the main body.
