Nylon 6 resin plate produced by cast molding.
[Features]
・ This is a basic grade of MC nylon with improved mechanical strength, thermal properties, chemical properties, and abrasion-resistance compared to general 6 nylon.
・ Possible to mold large materials (1,000 × 2,000 mm for plates, up to 1,000 mm in diameter for round materials).
・ Has excellent oil and heat resistance and is used for parts used in various environments including food to steel.
・ Continuous operating temperature: 120°C.
・ Excellent self-lubricating properties and can be used in situations where lubricant oil cannot be used.
[Applications]
・ For various parts in general industrial machines, transport machines, food packaging machines, etc.
・ For wheels, gears, sprockets, rollers, bearings, liners, star wheels, guides, pallets.
