Product Description
SUS440C stainless steel bearings with excellent chemical-resistance and strong performance against rust, corrosion and high-temperatures.
[Features]
· For 6800, 6900, 6000, 6200, 6300 series products, types with retaining rings are also available.
· Better resistance to rust and corrosion than high-carbon chrome bearing steel, and can be used in high-temperature environments.
· Double-shield (ZZ) type: (-40 to +150°C) / Double-seal (2RS) type: (-30 to +110°C).
· Open type: Subject to the lubricant type.
· Made of stainless steel except for the rubber seal (inner/outer rings and balls are made of SUS440C, the holder, shielding and retaining ring are made of SUS304).
· Heat resistant grease is used for the "SMT" sealed stainless steel bearings. Accuracy complies to JIS0 class or higher.
[Applications]
· Ideal for use in food machines, cleaning devices, conveyance machines in watery environments and other equipment used in hot and humid conditions.
