Product Description

For standardization of hose assembly and for hose fitting of nut tightening hose dedicated to braided hose which does not require re-tightening of clamp.
[Features]
· Material: SUS304 (main body, ring, nut), POM (sleeve).
· Eight lock allows to attach the fittings evenly to hose by simply tightening the nut deeply.
· Unlike barb nipples, management of tightening position, tightening torque and additional tightening of clamp is not required.
· Eight lock is hygienic because main body and nipple are integrated parts and internal surface of fitting is flat.
· Easy to cut the hose to any length as required on sight and possible to assemble on the spot.
[Applications]
· Ideal for piping fittings for machine tools, molding machines, factory equipment, as well as for semiconductor related equipment and FDP manufacturing installations.
