    Use M3 screws for mounting and securely attach using flat washers, spring washers, etc. The tightening torque should be 0.39 to 0.59 N m.

    Micro Switches Regarding soldering

    • As a guideline, the soldering time for connecting to the soldering terminals should be less than 5 seconds with a soldering iron of 60W (tip temperature +250 to +350°C), and no external force should be applied for 1 minute aftersoldering
      . Use the minimum amount of flux possible. If flux gets inside the switch, it may cause contact failure.
    • Micro Switches Connection to #187 tab terminals
      : Use a #187 tab receptacle and insert it straight into the terminal.
      Applying excessive external force to the side or top/bottom of the terminal may cause deformation of the terminal and damage to the housing.
    • Micro Switches Connection to #250 tab terminals
      : Use a receptacle for #250 tabs and insert
      it straight into the terminal. Applying excessive external force to the side or top/bottom of the terminal may cause deformation of the terminal and damage to the housing.
