A plate nut for mounting an adjuster that does not require thread processing on the mating side. *Please be advised that the part number in VONA will change from “PN I” to “PN1”.
[Features]
· Plate and nut connection:
 A. Drill a hole in plate.
 B. Insert the nut into the hole by adding levels.
 C.Crimp the plate and nut.
 D.Prevent nuts and plates from coming off after crimping by spot welding.
 Note) Nuts for M8 and M10 are not spot-welded.
· Joining together by crimping eliminates concern of falling off.
[Applications]
· Adjustment bolts can be installed simply by drilling holes at 4 pitches on the mounting machine.
· Work such as welding can be omitted.
