· PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane filtration film with high reliability of trapping performance, which ensures stable performance with the PTFE made membrane and a double layer structure of PTFE made from non-woven fabric (patent pending). Achieves a trapping efficiency of 100% for fine particle of 0.01Lm (measured by nuclear condensation particle counter).
· By using a non-woven filter made of PTFE in the outer part of the membrane made of PTFE, making it a double structure, a better life is achieved compared to a single membrane film. Possible earlier start of use. Parts used are precision cleaned in the clean room. Can start earlier use due to the small amount of particles that have adhered.
· Uses constituent materials with excellent corrosion resistance, and can be used with general gas. Chemically stable fluoropolymers are used for the film, backing and O ring, and electrolytically polished SUS316 is used for the housing body, which gives it excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
· In a contamination controlled manufacturing process, clean line filter offers integrity tests (bubble point tests), airtight tests, cleanroom-level cleaning, and cleanroom-level packaging inside cleanrooms.
