· New small auto adjustment type absorber made of stainless steel comes in the series of successful ACE type small shock absorber, MC150~600.
・External body, curing piston rod and all other parts are made of high quality stainless steel V4A (1.4404/SUS 316L); suitable for medical and pharmaceutical industries, food and packaging industries, electronics industry, pier facilities and marine industry.
・Its unique rolling seal structure extends the life of the shock absorber. Even when the product is directly attached in the pressure chamber, it can withstand up to 7 bar.
・A wide range of product portfolio ensures an effective weight range of 0.9 to 4563 kg.
・With its built-in positive stop and various types of accessories, the product meets a variety of usage conditions.
・An ideal shock absorber system for food processing and packaging machinery industries can be constructed by using special oil, as an option, that meets the criteria of food machinery lubricants (NSF-H1 grade) in the food industry.
