Cutting base parts mounting type
A heavy duty plain bearing with the same dimensions as the press-molded main product PV30, with a static rated load of 1,960 N (200 kgf) and a dynamic rated load of 784 N (80 kgf). It avoids the destruction of the main body due to overload, which is a weak point of press-molded products.

Plain bearing selection method
Depending on the dimensional tolerance of the plain bearing main body and the condition of the mounting surface, the load may not be evenly applied to all the plain bearings.
