· The Ace Feed Speed VC series controller is a hydraulic speed controller that can control the feed speed with high precision.
· If the piston rod is pushed in, the hydraulic oil passes through the adjustable high-precision orifice.
· Going through this orifice ensures consistent feed speed control throughout the entire stroke.
・By rotating the adjustment knob on the rear of the unit, feed speed of the material can be adjusted in a wide range.
・In the model of outer-circumference-screw series, simple attachment is possible and control stroke adjustment can be more easily made.
・Small MA and the MVC series are effective for applications where such a precision speed control as that for VC series is not required.
・Ace precision feed speed controller VC series achieves an accurate control of the operation speed of the unit.
・VC series is maintenance free thanks to its built-in accumulator and less subject to oil leakage and high temperature stability is achieved.
・WC2515 to WC2555 models employ rolling seals and have superior sealing performance and the hydraulic oil accumulation function.
・The high-performance adjustable speed control system of VC series achieves an accurate control of the speed starting from the minimum rate of 13 m per minute under a low driving force.
