Standard type regulator series that includes low pressure versions.
Over 30 part numbers including various options can be selected from the stock on the WEB.
[Features]
· Adjusting screw: The pressure increases when adjusting screw that controls the secondary side pressure is turned clockwise.
· Relief valve: When the secondary side pressure exceeds the set pressure, the valve stem and diaphragm gets separated, compressed air releases to the atmosphere through the relief valve, preventing abnormal increases in secondary side pressure.
· Diaphragm: Maintains the balance between the force of the pressure regulating spring and the force acting on the bottom of the diaphragm (secondary side pressure) and supplies accurate and stable set pressure to the secondary side by opening and closing the valve system.
· The large regulator 2215 maintains the balance with the pressure regulating spring by piston.
· Valve system: Allows only the required amount of compressed air to pass from primary side to secondary side, when there is an imbalance between the diaphragm and the pressure regulating spring.
· Excellent flow rate characteristics because of the large diameter valve.
· Gauge port: Accurately measures the secondary side pressure as the gauge port is located near the OUT side rather than the central part.
· Two gauge ports.
