Product Description
This is a single block from the THK LM guide HSR series. Very convenient for sudden design changes or maintenance.
[Features]
· The balls roll along four rows of precisely ground raceways on the LM rail and LM block, and the end plate built into the LM block circulates the rows of balls.
· Even if the LM rail is removed, the balls are retained by the retaining plate and will not fall out (except for HSR8, 10, and 12 types).
· Each ball row is arranged at a contact angle of 45° so that the LM block has the same rated load in all four directions (radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions), making it suitable for use in any orientation. In addition, a well-balanced preload can be applied, allowing you to increase rigidity in all four directions while maintaining a consistently low coefficient of friction. With a low cross section height and a LM block designed for high stiffness, you can achieve highly accurate and stable linear motion.
