· Consistent production from casting to machining and surface treatment.
· Cell production method allows the production of many kinds of products in low volume, with short lead times.
· Imbalance mass allowance on outer circumference is 0.2% of pulley mass or 3 g, whichever is larger.
· Same accuracy as the balance prescribed in JIS B 1854-1987, "General use V-pulley".* M-type pulleys are exempt.

Balance
Imbalance mass allowance on the outer circumference is 0.2% or 3 g of the pulley mass, whichever is larger. This is the same accuracy stipulated by JIS B 1854-1987 "General Purpose V Pulleys". Excludes M type pulleys.
