Product Description

V-belt pulley with high power transmission and large rotation ratio.
[Features]
· High transmission efficiency. ISO 9982 compliant.
· Consistent production from casting to machining and surface treatment.
· Cell production method allows the production of many kinds of products in low volume, with short lead times.
· Makes it possible to design a high-transmission efficiency system with a small pulley diameter, short shaft distance and narrow pulley width.
・ Can be attached and removed from shaft and positioned with hex or socket wrench.
· In addition, due to the taper fit tightening effect, tightening force is equivalent to shrink fit. Safe and reliable transmission can be achieved.
· Set the imbalance tolerance on the outer circumference to 1 g or 0.1% of the total mass of the pulley and bushing, whichever is larger.
· Balancing is adjusted using a balancing machine.
