· With a robust steel cover, it is suitable for outdoor use.
· The gasket prevents oil leakage.
· The cap and flange (with basket) feature a twist lock mechanism for attachment and removal.
· SCBM-BA: Since it has a ventilation structure, air can freely flow in and out even when the cap is mounted.
· Even if a large pressure difference occurs temporarily in the tank due to a sudden rise in temperature or oil backlash, the tank quickly regains equilibrium with the outside air, ensuring safety. Ideal for use with pressure boosters or pressure reducers where oil volume fluctuates significantly.
· Since the inlet/outlet port has a built-in air filter, there is no concern about environmental pollution caused by oil fumes.
· SCPR-BA: Breeze (ventilation) structure.
· Intake set pressure (reference): 30 hPa.
· When the tank pressure drops due to oil being discharged, the valve (fluoropolymer seal) automatically opens at approximately 30 hPa to allow intake.
· Exhaust set pressure (reference): 350 hPa.
· Conversely, when the oil returns to the tank and the internal pressure rises, the spool operates to release air so that the pressure stays below approximately 350 hPa.
