Usage Examples For This Product
Operating Procedure (Right-Rotating Version)
- *In the left-rotating version, the hook and lever turn in opposite directions.

1. Unclamping position
The workpiece is attached and removed when the clamp is in the unclamped position.

2. Hook rotation
Turning the lever causes the hook to swing.

3. Fast feed
Turning the lever further causes the hook to fast-forward towards the workpiece.

4. Clamp
Turn the lever to clamp.
Changing the lever position

Changing the lever position
Since the lever is a 12-point wrench, its position can be changed every 30°.
Usage Precautions For This Product

The allowable load from the back per swing clamp is shown in the table on the right.
Do not exceed this load when machining the workpiece from the back side.
| Size | Allowable Load From Back (Per Clamp) |
|---|---|
| QLSWC100 | Max. 2.3 kN |
| QLSWC150 | Max. 3.6 kN |
| QLSWC200 | Max. 3.7 kN |
| QLSWC300 | Max. 5.6 kN |
