Product Description
A worm gear with a rounded tooth tip and mirror-finished tooth surface with precision-rolling finish, which prevents damage to the worm wheel teeth.
[Features]
· Modules 0.5 to 2.0 have precision-rolling finish and gears with SUS304 and S45C, having excellent corrosion-resistance.
· Modules are 0.5/0.8/1.0/1.25/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0.
· The hardness of thread surface is improved by work hardening. Metal fibrous structure is not cut and has excellent mechanical properties.
· Normal module. Use in set with worm gears.
[Applications]
· Ideal for equipment power transmission, drive and transport parts.
· Used when deceleration is required.
