· THK rolling ball screws are low-priced feed screws combined with a threaded shaft that has been subjected to high-accuracy rolling and a special surface-polish finish rather than the thread grinding shaft used with precision ball screws.
· Because all of the ball raceways on the combined ball screw nuts have a thread ground finish, the gap in the shaft direction is smaller, and the operation is smoother, than conventional rolled ball screws.
· Also, an abundant standardized lineup is available so that you can select the product that is best suited for the given application.
· Because there is a screw hole for mounting on the rectangular ball screw nut, the main body of the machinery can be mounted compactly as is without using housing.
