· The fixed side support unit incorporates a preload-adjusted JIS class 5 angular bearing.
· In particular, the FK4, 5 and 6 types incorporate miniature angular bearings with a contact angle of 45° developed specifically for miniature ball screws, ensuring stable rotation performance with high rigidity and high-accuracy.
· A moderate amount of lithium-soap-based grease has been inserted into the internal bearings of the FK support unit and then sealed with a special seal, enabling use over a long period.
· In order to ensure a rigidity balance with the ball screw, high rigidity and low torque angular bearings are used.
· Furthermore, the FK4, 5 and 6 miniature support units incorporate miniature angular bearings that were dedicated for use with miniature ball screws.
· The bearings are high-rigidity and high-accuracy miniature angular bearings with a 45° contact angle. They use a large number of balls, each of which have a small ball diameter, helping provide stable rotational performance.
· Rectangular and round shaped support units are available for use in different types of application.
· A compact structure designed not to take up too much space when being mounted.
· Incorporates bearings for which the load has been pre-adjusted, allowing assembly to be performed as-is, thereby reducing the amount of work required for assembly and helping improve assembly accuracy.
