[Features]
· A cam follower is a compact, high-rigidity bearing with a shaft that has a needle roller built inside and is used as a cam mechanism or a guide roller for linear motion.
· It is designed to be thick-walled and withstand impact loads because the outer ring rotates while directly contacting the mating surface.
· In addition, a needle roller with a precision cage is incorporated inside the outer ring to prevent skew, achieves excellent rotation performance and sufficiently withstands high-speed rotation.
· The outer diameter of the outer ring has a spherical surface and a cylindrical shape. The outer ring of the spherical surface easily absorbs the misalignment of the shaft center at the time of installation and helps to reduce the unbalanced load.
· It is widely used for automated machines, cam mechanisms for dedicated machines, as well as various transport devices, conveyors, bookbinding machines, tool changer for machining centers, pallet changers, automatic painting machines and sliding forks in automated warehouses, etc.
· A cam follower with a built-in thrust load ball inside a generic cam follower.
