· Since cylindrical rollers are alternately arranged orthogonally on a rolling surface of 90° V-groove shape through a spacer retainer, the cross roller ring can support all kinds of loads such as radial loads, axial loads, and moment loads with a single bearing.
· Though the inner/outer ring dimensions are minimized and compacted, it still maintains high rigidity. For this reason, it is ideal for a variety of applications such as manufacturing industrial robot joints and turning parts, machining center turning tables, manipulator rotating parts, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, measurement equipment, and IC manufacturing installation.
· It is a basic form for a cross roller ring where an outer ring is divided into 2 parts and has integrated inner ring.
· Used in areas where inner ring rotation accuracy is required.
· Used for applications such as rotary indexing table rotating parts for machine tools.
