[Features]
· Lubrication-free bearings comprised of three layers: a polytetrafluoroethylene resin layer with filler, a sintered bronze layer and a back metal layer.
· Serviceable without the need for lubrication. Thin and lightweight for a more compact design.
· Excellent abrasion-resistance with stable low coefficient of friction under high-load and low-speed conditions.
· Usable at the high PV values when using lubricating oil together, even in the middle- to high-speed zones.
· Usable across a wide temperature range; from low to high temperatures. Also excels in chemical resistance.
· Superior dimensional stability, mechanical strength and thermal conductivity.
