Product Description

Because the shaft ends are finished, no drawing and machining are necessary and the product can be used as-is.
[Features]
· The product with finished shaft ends is a standardized ball screw unit with a space-saving screw shaft and ball screw nut.
· The screw shaft is standardized with the shaft ends to fit the support unit. The mount type is fixed-supported, and forms a direct structure with the motor.
· The screw shaft and ball screw nut shape feature a compact design. The parts can be assembled in the same shape when used with a support unit or nut bracket, creating a simple and high-accuracy feed mechanism.
· An appropriate amount of grease is enclosed in ball screw nuts.
· In addition, for cases where contaminants are a concern, dust-proof equipment (bellows, etc.) must always be used to completely cover the screw shafts.
· A ball screw standardized with screw shaft diameter ø4 to 25 mm and lead 1 to 20 mm.
