· The cross roller table is a high precision, compact and high rigidity finite linear guide unit with cross roller guides embedded between the high-accuracy machined tables and bases.
· A VRU type and miniature VRT type are available and are used in the sliding parts for a wide range of products such as in office automation equipment, peripherals, various measuring instruments and PCB drills machines.
· Easy installation: As the cross roller guide is embedded between the high-accuracy machined tables and bases, a high-precision linear guide mechanism can be obtained simply by mounting with bolts.
· Large allowable load: As a roller with a large rated load is incorporated at a fine pitch, a highly rigid linear guide mechanism that can withstand heavy loads is constructed with a long lifespan.
· Diverse usages: As the rollers are arranged alternately, orthogonal to each other, the load acting on the table in 4 directions can be evenly applied.
