· The VR type uses roller cage, which is built in with precision rollers alternately orthogonal, combined with 90°V groove rolling surfaces provided on the dedicated rail.
· Two lines of cross roller guides are set up running parallel to one another, so loads can be added from 4 directions.
· Also, due to the preloading applied, the product has high rigidity with no gaps, and even provides a light sliding mechanism.
· Used in precision equipment such as office automation (office automation) equipment and peripherals, various measuring instruments, PCB drilling machines, and sliding parts such as optical measuring instruments, optical stages, handling mechanisms, and x-ray machines.
· The cage, in which the precision rollers are inserted alternately orthogonal, is a compact, rigid, direct acting system that moves the V-groove installed in the rail in just 1/2 of a stroke.
