Lubrication-free type

The bearing unit is filled with an appropriate amount of ideal lithium soap-based grease that is ideal for sealed bearings and can withstand long-term use. Since it is equipped with a unique and excellent sealing device, there is almost no leakage of grease or intrusion of dust and moisture from the outside under general usage conditions. In addition, the sealed grease circulates inside as the bearing rotates, and is designed so that it can fully fulfill its lubrication purpose.
 

Lubrication type

Compared to other companies' systems, this design allows fueling even when the bearing is aligned to 2°(1° for narrow outer ring bearings) for the left or right. A grease fitting hole has been made in the bearing housing, which would normally reduce the strength of the bearing significantly, but after experiments, the housing was set to the location with the least impact. The oil supply groove is also designed with sufficient consideration to prevent deterioration of housing strength and grease hardening. The lubrication-free bearing unit is sufficient for indoor use under general usage conditions.

 

Excellent sealing device

The ball bearing sealing device for standard bearing units is a combination of a heat-resistant and oil-resistant synthetic rubber seal and a slinger with a unique design.
 

The bearing unit with cover has a dust-proof cover attached to the outside of the standard type bearing unit, and the bearing unit is designed with special consideration for dust-proof effect so that it can withstand the environmental conditions of various industrial machines such as heavy dust and watery milling, steel making, casting machine, plating, chemical factory or construction machinery used outdoors and transportation machinery by the sealing mechanism of both the bearing and the housing.
 

Secure mounting

To fix the shaft and bearing, if you tighten the unique ball-filled set screw provided on the inner ring, the set screw will not loosen easily even if it receives vibration or impact due to its excellent thread-locker effect.
 

Alignment

The outer diameter surface of the ball bearing for the unit used for the bearing unit and the inner diameter surface of the housing to which it is fitted are finished to be spherical so that they can be aligned by proper fitting. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the deviation of the shaft center caused by the shaft work defect, mounting error, etc.
 

Large rated load

The bearing used for the bearing unit has the same internal structure as the bearing series 62 and 63, and can receive not only radial load but also axial load or a combined load thereof. The rated load of this bearing is considerably larger than that of the self-aligning ball bearing used in the equivalent standard type plummer block.
 

Light and strong housing

Housings used for bearing units come in a variety of shapes and materials. Both are reasonably designed to be lightweight and maintain maximum strength.
 

Easy installation

The bearing unit is a combination of a bearing and a housing. In addition, since the bearing is pre-filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap-based grease, it can be easily attached to the shaft as it is. It can be used immediately after a simple operation inspection after installation.
 

Housing fixation

When installing the pillow block unit or flange mount unit, a dowel seat is provided on the mounting surface of the housing in order to increase the degree of fixation, so it can be used as needed.
 

Bearing compatibility

The bearing unit is compatible between the bearing and the housing, and if the bearing becomes unusable due to heat generation, abnormal noise, etc., the housing can be reused simply by replacing the bearing.
