The main body is made of special steel that is strong against vibration and shock. Male and female thread types are available. Low pressure loss and compatible for hydraulic equipment.
[Features]
· The coupler main body is made of heat-treated special steel. Particularly effective for impact-resistance at impulse pressure.
· Both socket and plug have automatic open/close valves to prevent an outflow of fluid during separation processes. It is also easy to operate.
· In addition to female thread types, male thread types (taper thread, parallel thread male seat, parallel thread female seat) are available. Especially, the male thread type can increase the efficiency of installation work on hydraulic equipment.
· The parallel male thread type can be used for both metal seals and O-ring seals. (Commercially available O-rings can be used)
· HSP-DC coupler is available separately for die-cast machines with severe pressure fluctuations.
· The length of the male thread type is shorter than the overall length of the female thread type with a male conversion nipple (commercial product) mounted.
· For the 2HS to 8HS types of male thread mounting sockets, PL types with stoppers are separately available.
[Applications]
· Employs the structure to minimize pressure loss, and is especially suitable for a hydraulic application requiring a high flow rate.
