The main body employs a special kind of steel having strong vibration/impact resistance. Additionally, low pressure loss makes it suitable for hydraulic equipment.

[Features]
• The main coupler unit uses heat-treated special steel.
• Effective especially for shock resistance against impulse pressure.
• Prevents fluid outflow at separation with the equipped automatic opening and closing valve on both the socket and plug.
• Moreover, handling is made easy.
• In addition to female thread types, male thread types (taper thread, parallel thread male seat, and parallel thread female seat) are available.
• Efficiency has been increased for mounting work to hydraulic equipment for male thread types in particular.
• Metal and O-ring seals for parallel male types are available as well. For demanding die-casting machine use with heavy pressure fluctuations, an HSP-DC coupler is available separately. • The length of the male type screw becomes smaller relative to the overall length when a male type conversion nipple (commercially-available) is mounted in a female type screw.
• For the 2HS - 8HS (excluding the 66 HS) socket types for mounting of male screws, a PL type with stopper is available separately.
