A vacuum filter for extending the life of vacuum pumps.
[Features]
· The filter for a small vacuum is ideal for fields where high cycling vacuum systems are needed (small union: VFU 0 & 1).
· You can select from 2 types of element sizes (filter surface area) depending on the amount of dust and replacement period of elements (small union: VFU1).
· The main body and nipple are integrated.
· The VFU1, 2 and 3 types have been added for applications that require "no copper-based metals be used" or that require "low concentration ozone measures" be put in place.
· No copper-based metal members are used in the metal component materials. HNBR is used for the seal rubber material.
