A needle valve with a dial that uses a rotating needle valve with linear flow rates characteristics.
[Features]
· The number of rotations is displayed by a dial. Can be used as meter-out and meter-in.
· Is visible and can realize air-flow rate control. Enables detailed quantification.
· A dial speed controller that has a flow rate characteristic proportional to the number of needles and exhibits little differences between individual units compared to similar products of other companies.
[Applications]
· Flow rates are adjusted in order to regulate opening/closing speeds and velocities of the cylinders, cylinder valves, sanitary valves and butterfly valves.
· Used when studying traceability.
· Used to visualize the flow rate. Ideal for quantification.
