Product Description

Composite spring combining rubber and coil spring.
[Features]
· Adopts special synthetic rubber and has excellent effect of reducing resonance amplitude.
· Due to the combined metal and special synthetic rubber spring, high load performance can be obtained without buckling.
· The use of special synthetic rubber with a high loss factor is excellent for reducing the resonance amplitude.
· Unlike when using a metal spring alone, there is no surging phenomenon or noise generation. Excellent shock absorption performance thanks to special structure.
· It has superior resistance against mechanical degradation during use and against chemical deterioration due to oxygen, ozone, chemicals, etc.
· It can be installed by placing a guide pin on the inner surface of the rubber spring and placing the machine on it.
· If the inner diameter is too large, use a spacer. Support available separately.
[Applications]
· Suitable for supporting vibratory sieves, vibratory conveyors and part feeders.
