Press-fit type roller coating and cushioning material with a completely new concept in which 2 layers of soft and hard urethane are overmolded.

· Can be easily installed by simply press-fitting in iron core or roller and also exhibits strong grip force.
· Economical because the efforts of baking (lining) of iron core and roller, rewinding by adhesive agent, etc. are saved.
· High abrasion-resistance, oil resistance, water resistance and weather resistance compared to resin or rubber roller.
· Reduces impact, allows quiet rear transfer and prevents noise and damage.
· Rust of the rollers does not adhere to the transporting items resulting in more cleanliness.
[Applications]
· Flat carrier roller, return roller, feed roller, protection of transporting items, preventing surface adhesion of rust and washing-work line.
