Product Description
Stretch film, Hand roll type. Used for wrap products or packging, and good for wrap sharp corners without being easily torn. . it is widely popular to wrap products that allow consumers to see the product easily and clearly. It also protects products from dust and moisture.
Properties

The method for using hand-wrapped stretch film for maximum efficiency
1. Use stretch film roll handle which is comfortable to hold and prevent injury.2. Use insite of the film to face the pallet because the inside of the film has better adhesion properties. It helps to hold and secure the product in place.
3. When starting to wrap, start from the bottom and move up. Tuck the film under package deep enough to be the starting point for wrapping.
4. At wrapping starting point, The worker should step backward while wrapping to provide force for the stretch of the film. Focus wrapping on the corners of the pallet to keep the product from moving out of the pallet during transportation.
5. The worker should start wrapping from the bottom up, using the standard method of 1 set, which is 3 rounds at the bottom, 3 rounds in the middle and 3 rounds at the top. Each round should overlap each other about 10cm.
6. For products that weigh less than 400 kg, wrap 1 set of standard method from bottom to top. If the product weight exceeds 400 kg, wrap 2 sets of standard method, from bottom to top and top to bottom.
