The maximum transportable weight varies depending on the mounting direction (horizontal or wall), speed, and acceleration/deceleration. The maximum transportable weight listed in the catalog is based on laboratory conditions with a travel distance of 0.5 m, speed of 0.5 m/s, acceleration of 0.5 G, and a dwell time of 1 s.
※This product uses a magnetic encoder with a resolution of 1 μm.
When the absolute linear motor actuator (E-RBM) is used with a pulse-type driver (MA), position memory after power loss cannot be achieved.
This product must not be used for vertical installation under any circumstances.
Please ensure that the flatness of the mounting platform and the workpiece is within 0.02 mm per 300 mm; otherwise, it may affect usage.

    Precautions
    ■ Operating Environment
The linear motor actuator and driver may malfunction in harsh environments, so please use them in the following locations.
    1) Indoors, with ambient temperature between 0 to 40℃, humidity between 10 to 80% RH, and no freezing or condensation.
    2) Locations without corrosive or flammable gases.
    3) Locations without conductive powders such as iron filings, dust, oil mist, cutting fluid, moisture, salt, or organic solvent splashes.
    4) Locations without direct sunlight or radiant heat.
    5) Locations without strong electric or magnetic fields.
    6) Locations where the unit will not be subjected to vibration or impact.
    7) Locations at altitudes below 1000 m.
    8) Locations that are easy to inspect and clean.

    ■  Safety Precautions
This product is often heavy. When transporting, please move it according to the weight of the main unit, using two or more people or transport equipment; otherwise, injury or product damage may occur.
    1) Do not drop or strike this product.
    2) Do not disassemble this product without authorization, as foreign objects may enter or accuracy may decrease. In addition, it may also cause the driver to become electrically charged, resulting in electric shock.
    3) The stator contains a powerful magnet. Do not bring magnetic objects (especially metal) close to the magnet, as fingers or other body parts may be pinched between the magnet and metal due to the magnetic force.
    4) People with pacemakers must never approach the magnet.
    5) Never touch the moving parts of the linear motor actuator after the power is turned on. In addition, do not enter the operating range of the linear motor actuator while the product is operating or in a state where it can operate.

    ■  Other Precautions
    1) The load capacity of the linear motor actuator varies depending on the installation direction (horizontal or wall-mounted), speed, and acceleration/deceleration.
    2) This product must not be used in vertical or inclined applications. Please ensure the flatness of the mounting surface is within 0.02 mm/300 mm; otherwise, it will affect usage.
    3) Lubricating grease has been injected into the guide rail before shipment, but please inject new grease every 3 months after receipt or every 500 km of travel, whichever comes first, otherwise product life will be affected.
    4) For lubrication maintenance, it is recommended to use NSK brand grease model: NS7, and the recommended grease gun is THK model: MG70.
    5) This product comes standard with a magnetic encoder. Be sure to keep it away from magnetic objects (such as screwdrivers), otherwise it may affect operation.
    6) This product does not guarantee noise levels during operation.
    7) When using the driver, be sure to read the manufacturer's instruction manual first to avoid damage caused by improper operation.
    8) Since the mechanical parts of this product are machined components, there may be tool marks and color variations on the surface. Minor scratches or color changes that do not affect use or main functions are considered normal.
    9) As the product is continuously being improved, the appearance, specifications, etc. of non-critical parts (those that do not affect usage) may be changed without prior notice.
