Product Overview

It is generally used as a component that is cushioned at the workpiece connector and plays a role of precise adjustment of the clearance on the cushioned part.
It can also be used to protect the surface of the connected part from being scratched by the nut and disperse the pressure generated by the nut on the connected part.

Product Features

Feature 1: High-precision products manufactured by cutting processes enable precise spatial adjustments.

(2) When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or stainless steel SUS series materials.
(3) When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal washers, please give priority to quenched products.
