Example introduction: Clearance adjustment for height position of processed product
Function description:
A locating pin is mounted on the fixture body to position a processed product. In actual processing, it is necessary to keep a certain distance between the processed product and the fixture body, such as a through hole or an entirely through shape, in order to ensure effective processing distance. The shouldered locating pin not only ensures the positioning accuracy of the processed product, but also ensures a safe clearance distance.
Advantages of shouldered locating pin:
①Allows for adjustment in the height direction of the workpiece being positioned.
②The positioning accuracy is guaranteed while allowing for adjustment in the height direction.
