Product Overview

The locating pin is used for the spatial positioning in the directions of X and Y axes, mainly using the workpiece hole as the positioning benchmark or used in conjunction with bushings, in which the large head spherical type is easy to install, and the spherical part ensures smooth positioning and protects the workpiece on the matching side from damage.

Usage outline of spherical locating pins Locating Pins

Feature 1: Standard type with spherical head. Rod diameter tolerance that can be specified for the press-fit part and lead-in part: m7, p7.
Feature 2: The mounting method is press-fit type, which is simple and convenient.
Feature 3: Optional material: iron (alloy tool steel or bearing steel); austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, suitable for positioning of various workpieces.
Feature 4: Austenitic stainless steel material, effectively ensuring anti-rust performance.
Feature 5: The lead-in part of the sphere can make the workpiece lead in by sliding sideways, without damage.
