Product Overview
The locating pin is used for the spatial positioning in the directions of X and Y axes, mainly using the workpiece hole as the positioning benchmark or used in conjunction with bushings, in which the large head, tapered, threaded, hex socket type can be installed by tightening threads and has a hex socket that can stop the rotation of the head, thus facilitating the installation of nuts.

Example introduction: Round and diamond types combined for positioning
①The combination of round and diamond types in the fixture enables more accurate positioning in A direction and reduction of the mating hole pitch error in B direction.
②Of the 2 locating pins, the cylindrical shape is taken as reference for 1 locating pin, and the cut-flat position on the round shape (diamond type) in the direction of the center distance of the two holes is taken as reference for the other, which enables mounting/dismounting operations and ensures positioning accuracy.
③Taking advantage of the different heights of the 2 locating pins, insert the tall pin for pre-positioning and then the short pin for precise positioning.
