Pivot Pins Shouldered, Hex Socket Head, Lock Nut

The hinge pin can be used as the pivot point of various rotary connection mechanisms. The pivot point is similar to the axis of a hinge, and the connected parts can make rotary movements.

This type may have centering holes depending on dimensions.
The dimension of the relief groove on the shoulder and neck is a reference value.
For L Dimension, common cutting and machining tolerances (medium class) are used.
E-CLBR, E-CLBRU, E-PCLBR and E-PCLBRU have identification grooves on the side in order to distinguish them from the hardened type.

If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products made of austenitic stainless steel, hard-chrome plated products or those with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating.
E-SCLBRH, E-SCLBRHU, E-GSCLBR and E-GSCLBRU may be discolored due to hardening.
