Product Overview of Goniometer

MISUMI E-GMPG series motorized Goniometer stage is an economy series goniometer stage equipped with a two-phase stepper motor. Ball screw transmission is adopted to achieve small-angle oscillatory positioning. Optimized structure and lowprices are achieved through local production.

Product Features of Goniometer

Feature 1 : Goniometer of suitable for small-angle frequent adjustments.
Feature 2 : Goniometer of optimized structure and low prices are achieved through local production.
Feature 3 : Goniometer of quick disassembling is achieved by adding dowel holes to the stage surface.

Usage Method of Goniometer

The E-GMPG series Goniometer stage has been equipped with the two-phase stepper motor, which needs to be used in combination with MISUMI two-phase stepper motor driver, cable and the 24 V power supply and host computer (PLC or motioncontrol card) prepared by the customer. The example of connection among various products is shown in the figure below.

■ Positioning stage maintenance of Goniometer
A uniform maintenance standard is not available, and the maintenance method is subject to the type of grease and operating environment. Based on the driving conditions and guide types, make sure to check the grease once a month.
