[Application]
Timing pulleys are frequently utilized in systems that incorporate timing belts to regulate and govern the movement of the machinery.
The transmission and transmission function is achieved through the engagement between timing pulleys, timing belt idlers and timing belt teeth.

Workpiece reversal transfer mechanism
■Mechanism function
Rotate the workpiece on the conveyor belt 90 degrees and transfer it to the next process.
At this time, the clamping mechanism rotates 180 degrees, and the workpiece direction is not changed relative to the conveying direction during transfer.
■Function of timing pulleys
Through the transmission of timing pulleys and timing belts, the workpiece placement direction can be changed while transferring the workpiece. (Applicable to S specification and GT specification timing pulleys)
