Specifications / Overview
The affordable, rust-resistant bearings you've been waiting for are finally here.
Do you have the following issues?
- Issue 1
- Rust forming on stainless steel products
- Issue 2
- SUS304 is resistant to rust, but you're concerned that it might not be strong enough
- Issue 3
- Rust-resistant bearings are too expensive
- PRUSTRO BEARINGS are the answer.
- Solution 1:
- Use a material that will not rust, even when subjected to salt spray testing. No more troublesome rusted bearings.
- Solution 2:
- Even stronger than SUS440C, so it can be used in areas that are subjected to high loads.
- Solution 3:
- At about a third of the price of SUS304 bearings, these bearings can be used for a variety of water-based applications.
[Solution 1] Ground-Breaking Corrosion Resistance.

■ Why do these bearings not rust?
These bearings are made using a new stainless steel material called TBN-6H, which offers both corrosion resistance and hardness thanks to the combination of alloy components used in its composition and its distinctive hardening technology.
It offers a similar level of corrosion resistance to SUS304, and hardness that exceeds SUS440C, making it an ideal corrosion-resistant material for bearings.
[Solution 2] Strength is Greater than SUS440C.

Consider for These Applications
• Equipment used in saltwater environments (food processing and production lines)
• Equipment used outdoors
• Environments where chemicals such as antiseptic solutions are used
• Environments in which chemicals with a pH level between 3 and 12 are used (food machinery, etc.)
Development Background
For a long time, MISUMI has handled a wide variety of bearings. We have often been asked to provide low-cost, rust-resistant bearings, and we also hear a lot of stories of SUS440C bearings going rusty.
These new bearings are made of a new stainless steel material that allows us to offer corrosion-resistant products at a competitive price. Whether you want to order one, or a large quantity, we are here to help.
