Aluminum Frame with Built-in Single Joint, 6 Series (Slot Width 8 mm), JFSS6-3030
The mating frame needs a wrench hole.
- The single joint connects two frames at a right angle through their slots. The narrow joint shape reduces interference with panels fitted in the frame slot.
- Length L: 100 ~ 4000 mm in 0.5 mm increments. A = 30. Tightening tool: wrench for M6.
- Joint parts are shipped lightly tightened.

Making frame caps flush: shorten the aluminum frame by the cap thickness.
<Example: single joint connection, 300 mm per side>
C: frame caps protrude. D: frame caps do not protrude and sit flush.
D: frame caps sit flush. Specify HFS6-3030-294-RCV-LCV-FR-FL, shortened by the cap thickness, with wrench holes and wrench hole offset on both ends.
