    Product Description

Amplify Type of Resin Air Nozzle intended to suck in the surrounding air and to blow it

Flat Air Nozzles, Air Amplification Type, Resin

AFTAD15 flat air nozzle that draws in surrounding air through the comb-shaped tip and amplification holes to increase airflow and air velocity.

AFTAD15 uses PPS resin. The series has a maximum operating pressure of 0.7MPa, a thread breaking torque of 10 N·m, and a heat resistance temperature of 200°C.

For AFTAD15, the orifice is 16×φ1, the supply air flow rate is 270 NL/min at 0.3MPa, and the weight is 15 g.

The flow rates shown are supply flow rates, not discharge flow rates.

    • Air is drawn in through the comb teeth and boost holes at the nozzle tip, increasing flow rate and velocity.
    • Measured flow velocity is about 1.5 times or more that of the standard type (AFTSP15).

    Application examples

Higher impact force makes it suitable for conveying heavy objects.

High air efficiency saves air when nozzles are used side by side, e.g. to blow long parts.
