Product Description
- Rolled Ball Screws Standard Nut - Shaft Dia. 10; Lead 2, 4 [C-BSSC(K)・C-BSST(K)] series from MISUMI.
- The Rolled Ball Screws have shaft diameter of 10mm and are available in two different lead sizes: 2mm or 4mm.
- The accuracy grade options for this product are C7, C10.
- The overall length of the shaft screw can be customized to fit a range of configurations, from 150mm to 600mm, in 1mm increments.
- The lead twisting direction for this product is right-handed.
- The screw shaft is made of S55C while the nut is made of SCM415.
Rolled Ball Screws, Shaft Dia. 10, Lead 2 / 4 (Economy Series)
Economy series rolled ball screw with standard nut, shaft diameter 10 mm and lead 2 or 4 mm, in accuracy grades C7 and C10. Rated load, axial clearance and nut dimensions differ from similar standard products.
- Right-hand thread. Overall length L: 150 ~ 600 mm in 1 mm increments.
- No preload. Axial clearance 0.05 or less. RoHS compliant. DIN69051 compliant (USA).

- Y (nut travel range) > (nut overall length).
- Ball screws and nuts are accuracy-guaranteed as a matched pair, so the screw and nut are not sold separately.
- Removing the nut from the screw shaft voids the warranty. If you find visual defects or missing balls on delivery, contact us without removing the nut from the shaft.
- When the nut must be removed, use the dedicated dummy shaft.

Technical reference
Remarks
- Prepacked with lithium soap grease (Shell Alvania Grease S2). Do not overrun the nut and do not remove the nut.
- Handling caution: do not let the nut overrun the nut travel range or pull it off the screw shaft. Balls may fall out and the ball recirculation parts may be damaged.
- A collar is supplied for use with the support unit.
Use one of the collars supplied with the support unit on the lock nut side.
- Tilting the ball screw shaft and nut may let the nut fall under its own weight.
